Tidy Time clears out hoarded and overfilled properties across Central Illinois — homes, garages, barns, sheds, vehicles, and motor homes.
People call us for different reasons: settling an estate, downsizing a parent, turning over a rental, preparing a house to sell, or making their own home livable again. The work is the same — sort, find what needs finding, haul away the rest, and clean.
How we work
Agreed in writing
What must be found, what is kept, and how everything else is handled — donated, sold, recycled, or discarded — is set out in the agreement before work begins.
Search first
The ring, the deed, the photographs, the cash in a coffee can. If something needs to be found, finding it comes before clearing anything.
Sorted by hand
Room by room, so nothing valuable leaves in a trash bag. Documents are pulled and sorted; sensitive paperwork is set aside for shredding.
Discretion is standard
We do not post about your property or discuss it in town.
