Tidy Time is based in Champaign and works throughout Central Illinois — Peoria, Springfield, Decatur, and beyond, including the small towns and farms in between.
Rural and farm properties
A lot of what we clear is not a house in town. Barns, machine sheds, grain buildings, outbuildings full of forty years of parts, campers parked in a fencerow. Rural properties are normal work for us, not an exception.
Out-of-state families
If you are settling a parent’s estate from another state, you do not need to fly back and forth. We can work from a key, send photos as we go, and ship or hold the things you are keeping.
