Services

Everything from the first box to the final mop.

Take on the whole property, or a single room.

Full property cleanouts

We empty properties that have been filled over years or decades, working room by room so nothing valuable leaves in a trash bag.

  • Single-family homes and apartments
  • Garages, sheds and outbuildings
  • Barns and farm properties
  • Vehicles, campers and motor homes
  • Basements, attics and crawl spaces
  • Storage units

Rental turnovers and pre-listing cleanouts included — if a realtor has told you the house can’t be shown as it is, this is the service you need.

Finding lost items in a hoard

People who accumulate often hide things — cash inside books, jewelry in coffee cans, savings bonds taped behind drawers.

Tell us what’s missing before we start, and finding it becomes the priority:

  • Jewelry, rings and heirlooms
  • Cash, coins, savings bonds and stock certificates
  • Family photographs and albums
  • Military medals, discharge papers and flags
  • Firearms and ammunition (secured and handed directly to family)
  • Vehicle titles and keys

What’s kept, and what must be found before anything is moved, is agreed in writing before work begins.

Going through documents and paperwork

When someone dies, the paperwork is usually the emergency. Probate stalls without it, and it’s buried somewhere in the house. We pull it out, sort it into categories, and hand it to you.

  • Wills, trusts and estate documents
  • Deeds, mortgages and property records
  • Vehicle titles and registrations
  • Insurance policies and annuities
  • Tax returns and financial statements
  • Birth, marriage, military and medical records

Sensitive paperwork that isn’t needed is set aside for shredding rather than tossed in an open dumpster.

Donating and rehoming

Usable furniture, household goods, clothing, books, and kitchenware can be donated to local charities and thrift organizations. How items are handled — donated, sold, retained, or discarded — is set out in the agreement before work begins.

Trash and debris removal

The genuine garbage — spoiled food, soiled textiles, broken furniture, decades of packaging — hauled out and disposed of properly, however many loads it takes. Recyclables, scrap metal and electronics are separated out rather than dumped.

Packing services

Keepsakes boxed, wrapped, labeled, and staged for wherever they’re headed — a family member in another state, a storage unit, an auction house, or your own garage.

Organizing

For what stays. Kitchens, closets, garages, pantries, and paperwork put into a system you can maintain.

This is also the service for people still living in the home who want to get ahead of it.

Laundry service

Bedding, curtains, towels and clothing washed and folded, so that what’s kept comes back to you fresh and what’s donated is something a charity can actually put on a shelf.

Cleaning

Once the house is empty, we clean it. Floors, walls, baseboards, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, windows — brought back to a state where a realtor can list it, a buyer can walk it, or a landlord can sign off on it.
